I suggest that "nosocomial"  is  an adjective,and  "hospital " is a substantive. So nosocomial infection  is  structured  by a + n ,and  hospital  infection  is  structured  by n + n .

I have seen these words in recent magazine. so I thank No. 40 and 42 are wrong .
Maybe No. 41 is right.

although without outlay form hospital and I have to get finance surporting by myself, yet I want to take part in such a good meeting,:)

I do nothing , sometimes playing games(Struggle with landlord or Bridge) and reading news occasionally.
