“for the duration of an operation ”在这里可以译为“手术持续时间”或“手术过程中”。

谢谢鬼才斑斑的指导，还有楼上的几位老师的翻译我从中学习不少，“for the duration ”原来就是习惯搭配啊，之前纠结的是为什么不用“in the duration ”，
