我正在进行CRE指南的翻译，由于我从事临床微生物专业，对感控词汇的翻译不太在行，特向大家请教：core prevention measures如何翻译？另外，与core prevention measures相对应的还有一个词是supplemental prevention measures，又如何翻译呢？

我想大概的意思是核心的（主要的）防控措施与补充的（次要的）防控措施，但不知道翻译更加地道，请大家指教，谢谢！
