现在大一点的医院手术室的条件都相当的好，医务人员的素质也很高。近年来院感工作抓的也很严，象图中的情况不应该发生，要发生也是在乡村卫生院。

使用手机、锐器盒使用不当、 地上污水横流、门未随时关闭、为啥有人把东西往外拿？（是上台未及时清理，还是这台的都是错！）未使用医疗废物专用袋，血污渗漏一地，手术未结束为何封口。右上角应是风口，不应对着手术台且布满灰尘、壁橱内物品混放，门不符合要求、音乐一定是嘈杂的、电刀无吸烟装置，那么大的烟输出一定有问题、术者违反无菌操作，手过肩、患者未被安全妥当安置，下肢已接触金属床板，早已被电刀烫伤、血纱布丢掷手术床下、台上器械血渍未及时擦净、器械台放置不当、门外那人带着手套在干啥？是处置物品？那里应该是洗手池吧？如果是洗手池就不应该作为处置间用，如果是处置间那位置不对又未防护。血污袋旁小车是啥？反正与手术无关的东西不该在手术间堆放。
