Broad spectrum: should have a wide antimicrobial spectrum	广谱：具有广泛的抗菌谱
Fast acting: should produce a rapid kill	杀菌快速：能够快速杀灭微生物
Not affected by environmental factors: should be active in the presence of organic matter (e.g., blood, sputum, feces) and compatible with soaps, detergents, and other chemicals encountered in use	不受环境因素的影响：当有机物（血、痰、粪便等）存在时保持活性，并且与肥皂、清洁剂及使用中遇到的其他化学物质兼容
Nontoxic: should not be harmful to the user or patient	无毒：对使用者或患者无害
Surface compatibility: should not corrode instruments and metallic surfaces and should not cause the deterioration of cloth, rubber, plastics, and other materials	表面相容性：不会腐蚀器械与金属表面，不会导致布、塑料及其它材料变性
Residual effect on treated surfaces: should leave an antimicrobial film on the treated surface	作用表面的残留效果：能够在作用表面上形成杀菌薄膜
Easy to use with clear label directions	易于使用，有清晰的标签说明
Odorless: should have a pleasant odor or no odor to facilitate its routine use	无味：具有舒服的气味或无味以便于推动其常规使用

这是《Guideline for Disinfection and Sterilization in Healthcare Facilities, 2008》对于一种理想的消毒剂所应具有的特性的要求，对应我们经常使用的各种消毒剂，如果根据以上要求评分的话，各种消毒方法的得分情况如何呢？

具有舒服的气味或无味以便于推动其常规使用，这点很难达到，目前使用的消毒剂都没有好味道。

敏感话题！光是对使用者无害或者患者无害国内就很难有消毒剂厂家能做这个实验。仅仅做个皮肤刺激反应实验和变态反应实验可能仍是不够的。

    对于楼主所提到的这种消毒液，只能说是一个字“很难哪”
如果哪个企业能研制出这样的消毒，那肯定是可以说为国做贡献了。
在消毒液中，能做到其中的一项或者是几项都可以，如果这样面面俱到的全做到，有点不大现实。
