<strong><font size="4">看菌落很像斯氏假单胞菌，对不对？开林(注射用美洛西林钠舒巴坦)对此菌可有效。不知道此患的基础疾病是什么？因为在免疫功能正常患儿，这种菌引起败血症的机会还是蛮少的。</font></strong>

p>我的实验室也保留几张斯氏假单胞菌菌落图片，刚巧也是来自于血标本，楼主也可以参考一下。</p><p>但&nbsp;值得一提的是，不是所有的斯氏假单胞菌都产黄色色素。</p>

定结果是：栖稻黄单胞菌(Flavimonas oryzihabitans)
OX-，OF(O),NO3-，在SS生长，对PB敏感，此菌第一次分离出来，没有感性认识。
简介：
栖稻黄单胞菌(Flavimonas oryzihabitans)为革兰阴性有动力杆菌，在显微镜下为短而肥的成对阴性杆菌，为一端单毛菌。以前称为Ve-2群假单胞菌，也被称为稻皮假单胞菌，大约一半菌落为光滑型，其它菌落呈皱褶状、粗糙型。可产生细胞内的、不扩散的黄色素。OX-，不水解七叶苷和β-半乳糖苷，不还原硝酸盐。
施氏假单胞菌：革兰阴性杆菌，为一端单鞭毛菌，运动活泼。新分离的菌株在琼脂培养基上形成粗糙而又有皱纹的菌落，也可形成光滑或介于两者之间的各种菌落，可产生淡黄色或黄褐色的细胞内色素，大部分菌株可还原硝酸盐，并产生大量氮气。能氧化分解葡萄糖、果糖、麦芽糖和甘露醇产酸。OX+，不液化明胶，不水解精氨酸，不能使赖氨酸和鸟氨酸脱去羧基。在SS上生长，对PB敏感。为条件致病菌，可引起败血症、败血性关节炎、中耳炎和尿道感染等。
hxwsw老师是否分离出过这样的菌？是否我的鉴定有误？OX做了几次都是阴性的，动力也不明显，鞭毛染色失败，因为这菌太干燥，溶解困难。

仅从血液中分离到过一株光滑型，后来考虑污染！因第二次血培养并未生长，临床也不支持！黄单胞菌，金单胞及鞘氨醇单胞菌所产色素都是金灿灿的，但Ｒ型菌未见过，从生化反应看是符合栖稻黄单胞菌的，谢谢mrcson为我们大家提供的资料！
