美国NHSN长期护理机构尿路感染监测方案

前几天看见关于尿路感染的讨论，我发现我有很多疑惑之处，而且发现国内的诊断真的太老旧了，我就去搜了一下美国NHSN的指南，和大家分享一下。
word是我自己翻译的（只翻译了文件的一部分），可能有问题，有如有错误，还请大家指出。
我有一个问题，为何这版和NHSN出版的患者安全组件里的有些不太一样，比如发热，安全组件里要求的是38度以上，这边要求是单次37.8或多次37.2以上。发布单位都是NHSN，为啥会不一样。我准备把安全组件也看一遍。。。
