Susan Klacik女士，美国俄亥俄州扬斯敦市圣伊丽莎白医院消毒供应中心集团总监，凭借着医院护理、消毒供应、工商管理、会计与经济学、人力成本管理的特殊多学科背景，结合医院消毒供应超过30年的丰富实际经验，秉承在IAHCSMM（美国供应室物品管理协会）超过20年的教育家精神和先进理念，是美国消毒供应领域的资深专家和学术之集大成者。Susan女士自1997年就开始成为IAHCSMM在美国AAMI（美国国家标委会医疗器械促进委员会）的特派委员，广泛参与了美国关于医院消毒灭菌，压力蒸汽灭菌器，环氧乙烷灭菌的国家标准，其中包括了最为权威的ANSI/AAMI ST79: 2006，作为全美医院消毒供应技术的终极指南。Susan女士最近参与的是AAMI关于PCD（过程挑战装置）的国家标准，也作为专家被邀请参与撰写IAHCSMM消毒供应培训手册。

Susan Klacik has worked in healthcare central service area for over 30 years and has been an International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materials Management (IAHCSMM) CRCST instructor for over 20 years.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Majoring in Management with a Minor in Accounting and Economics and an Associate Degree in Labor Studies.
Sue is the IAHCSMM Representative to the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI), from 1997 to present, participating on several key standards/recommended practices which include Ethylene Oxide, Containment Devices, Steam Sterilizers, and most importantly the Comprehensive guide to steam sterilization and sterility assurance in health care faculties (ANSI/AAMI/ISO ST79).
Mrs. Klacik is currently the co-chair of the AAMI Process Challenge Device (PCD) committee addressing the extended sterilization cycles issue.
She has authored four chapters in the sixth edition of the IAHCSMM CRCST text book and the Steam Sterilization chapter in the seventh CRCST edition. Mrs. Klacik is presently the Corporate Director of Sterile Processing for St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio.
