该进口眼底镜的说明书上的消毒使用的“Bleach”,应该是5%的次氯酸钠溶液。10%稀释成为0.5%,也就是5000mg/L.。属于高水平消毒的上限范围【2000-5000mg/L].
关于次氯酸钠与有效氯的换算问题,涉及到化学反应与活性成分的摩尔浓度质量比,略微复杂。但对于有效氯计算差别不大,可以忽略不计,直接按次氯酸钠计算也未尝不可。当然,要具体搞明确原理,那是另外的事情,有必要可以专题深入讨论。
