As we know ,English is so important for medical staff ,cause you have to read and to find some literature or guidelines writen by other countries' experts. And sometimes you have to translate some materials for your coworkers.
Today,the updates about infection control strategies or guidelines usually showed by English.If you want to improve your studies then you have to read them.But sometimes you may not understand them clearly,So at this moment,if you have a friend who are good at English, he or she may do you a favor.
So , here ,we want to establish a platform in which we can know each other.then we can help each other in the future!

cause is short for beacuse.we say cause instead of because when we speaking english.
your english is prety good,.I think translation is more important than speaking for we have to review a lot of literature and then we can do our own research better
