抗生素管理的“管理”为什么是“STEWARSHIP”?

查阅了一些文献，发现抗生素管理，国外通常用STEWARSHIP来翻译。为什么不用management?Administration?请指导！

前年在美国听SHEA的主席说，因为临床医生在抗菌药物使用上，不喜欢被管理，也不喜欢被控制，
所以一度使用的antibiotic management , antibiotic control, 现在都不大使用了。

stewardship-源于steward：1. someone who manages property or other affairs for someone else 2. a union member who is elected to represent fellow workers in negotiating with management
management源于manage：1. be successful; achieve a goal 2. be in charge of, act on, or dispose of 3. come to terms or deal successfully with 4. watch and direct 5. achieve something by means of trickery or devious methods 6. carry on or manage
adiministration：1. a method of tending to (especially business) matters 2. the persons (or committees or departments etc.) who make up a body for the purpose of administering something 3. the act of administering medication 4. the tenure of a president
通过比较，我想steward更加偏重的是a union member who is elected to represent fellow workers in negotiating with management这个释义。因为国内毕竟翻译过来的很多东西和国外的体制上就有本质的区别。职能也不尽相同。国人只有两个概念：权、钱。没有真正意义的服务、管理、沟通。。。不是么？

中文汉字表达的多义性，在对应于“同意”的汉文，英文在不同的范畴使用，却有不同。

我同意您的分析，同时，我觉得这体现了我国的管理和国外的区别！（有中国特色的……）

我个人也更倾向胡杨老师的理解。再稍稍加上一点自己的“译义、理会”：Stewardship除了含有组织之意之外，还强调略带有人性的、平等的、协作的、团队的管理性在里面，而“Management或Administration”感觉差别不大，都带有行政性的、干预的、由上之下的、丝丝强制性的管理在其中，你认为呢？不过，你想迫切知道的确切答案也许没有 ，因为这毕竟不是1+1=？

国外更多的是指南，来指导大家合理使用抗菌药物，但在国内不一定可行，很多医院还要有红头文件才执行，国情吧！至少目前我们还只能严格管理，至于效果，真的很难评价
