想知道左边的是怎么涂出来的。有时候觉得抗酸涂片是一件很痛苦的事情，我们经常收到一些清得像水一样的痰标本，我是涂了又涂，就是不落痕迹。

水样痰？是经雾化吸引的痰吗？一般合格的痰标本不会是水样的。:)
抗酸涂片要涂得好的确是件难事，建议将痰标本消化浓缩前处理后再涂片。当然这增加了许多工作量，但涂片的阳性率会有所提高。

管的图片很直观很生动，但我总觉得涂的区域有点大。现在要求抗酸涂片的大小为1cm*2cm，但高管发的涂片大小远超过1*2。不信，你量一下，我们现用涂片一般是2.54*7.62的，高管的涂片区域，宽大于整张片子的1/3，高大于1/2。一个小问题，:D
