参观澳洲的微生物实验室照片，感受生物安全防护

p>检验科的帽子、口罩问题确实也是让我们院感工作者苦恼的一个问题，一般帽子、口罩都是留在上级单位检查的时候用，在细菌室里，我们还经常发现，检验人员用鼻子闻培养皿的细菌，据说酵母样真菌的气味还真好闻，好像这样并没有带来病原菌的传播，这也是我们的疑惑所在，究竟什么样的规定才是最恰当的呢？</p>[em06]

工作脱离了实际，只会增加了矛盾和负担。我从护理转院感2个年头了，对有些标准也是很头疼，比如说止血带，真的一人一用就必要吗？七八十个住院患者，打针每次要带七八十根止血带，回来还要数，80根出去的，79根回来，有一根掉哪儿了，是不是还扎在患者手臂上？这增加了护士的工作量，自己也经常被怼。后来干脆要求除了被血液污染的、传染病患者用过的，一次一根，其他不强制要求，发现也没什么数据增加呀？我也很纠结了

是啊，职业防护中，对检验科要求带帽子口罩，现实中很难做到
