【摘要】 目的 探讨降钙素原（PCT)在细胞内细菌及细胞外细菌感染者中的区别。方法 回顾性统计分析200例细胞内细菌感染者及181例细胞外细菌感染者的PCT的检出率及其血清浓度，了解PCT在细胞内细菌及细胞外细菌感染者中的检出情况。结果 200份细胞内细菌感染者，PCT阳性55份,检出率27.5%。181例细胞外细菌感染者，PCT阳性156份，检出率86.18%，经χ2检验分析，p=0.00，差异具有统计学意义。55例细胞内细菌感染者检测到PCT的值为（0.25±0.30）ng/ml，156例细胞外细菌感染者检测到PCT的值为（4.16±7.31）ng/ml，经t’检验分析，p＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。 结论 细胞内细菌感染者及细胞外细菌感染者，PCT阳性率及血清含量方面均具有明显差异。

Difference of the diagnosis value of serum procalcitonin (PCT) in patients with intracellular and extracellular infections
【Abstract】 Objective To determine the diagnosis value of serum procalcitonin (PCT) in patients with intracellular infections and extracellular infections. Methods Serum procalcitonins (PCT) of two hundreds patients with intracellular infections and one hundred and eighty one patients with extracellular infections were analyse -d retrospectively. Investigated positive incidence of PCT in patients with intracellular and extracellular bacteria infection. Results The positive incidence of PCT were 27.5% and 86.18% in two hundreds patients with intracellular infections and one hundred and eighty one patients with extracellular infections respectively. The positive incidence have statistical difference by chi-square test(p=0.00). PCT serum levels of 55 PCT positive patients with intracellular infections and 156 PCT positive patients with extracellular infections were (0.25±0.30) ng/ml and (4.16±7.31) ng/ml respectively. Serum levels of PCT have statistical difference by t’-test(p＜0.05). Conclusion Positive incidence and levels of PCT were significantly different in intracellular and extracellular bacterial infection.
