New definitions of S, I and R from 2019
欧州抗菌药物敏感性试验委员会(EUCAST)药敏试验 S、I 和 R 的新定义(2019年更新)
EUCAST has changed the definitions of susceptibility testing categories S, I and R as shown below.
欧州抗菌药物敏感性试验委员会更新药敏试验类别 S、I 和 R 的定义,如下所示。
*Exposure is a function of how the mode of administration, dose, dosing interval, infusion time, as well as distribution and excretion of the antimicrobial agent will influence the infecting organism at the site of infection.
*暴露是指给药方式、剂量、给药间隔、输液时间以及抗菌剂的分布和排泄对感染部位的影响。
- S - Susceptible, standard dosing regimen: A microorganism is categorised as "Susceptible, standard dosing regimen", when there is a high likelihood of therapeutic success using a standard dosing regimen of the agent.
- S - 易感,标准给药方案:当使用标准给药方案对某种微生物进行治疗很有可能取得成功时,该微生物被归类为 "易感,标准给药方案"。
I - Susceptible, increased exposure*: A microorganism is categorised as "Susceptible, Increased exposure*" when there is a high likelihood of therapeutic success because exposure to the agent is increased by adjusting the dosing regimen or by its concentration at the site of infection.
I - 易感,暴露增加*:当通过调整给药方案或增加感染部位的药剂浓度而增加药剂暴露量,从而提高治疗成功的可能性时,微生物被归类为 "易感,暴露量增加*"。 R - Resistant: A microorganism is categorised as "Resistant" when there is a high likelihood of therapeutic failure even when there is increased exposure.
R--抗药性:当一种微生物即使增加接触量也很有可能治疗失败时,就会被归类为 "抗药性 "微生物。
Terminology 术语:
S = Susceptible 敏感 I = Intermediate 中介 R = Resistant 耐药 Susceptibility testing categories: S, I and R.
药敏试验类别:S、I 和 R。
Report isolates S, I or R.
报告分离物 S、I 或 R。
Describe isolates as belonging to the S, I or R categories.
将分离物描述为 S、I 或 R 三类。
Describe isolates as susceptible (S and I) or resistant (R).
将分离物描述为易感(S 和 I)或耐受(R)。
When an isolate is described as susceptible, this excludes resistant.
当一个分离物被描述为易感,则不包括抗药性。
When an isolate is described as resistant, this excludes susceptible (S and I categories).
当一个分离物被描述为抗药性时,不包括易感性(S 和 I 类)。
For surveillance purposes, avoid lumping categories – record as S, I and R. If lumping does occur, never lump I and R, only S and I.
为便于监控,应避免合并类别--记录为 S、I 和 R。如果发生合并,切勿将 I 和 R 合并,而应将 S 和 I 合并。
另外CLSI折点中介也不算耐药
综上所述不应把中介当耐药!!!
