， 8、Alcohol-based hand rub promoted for hand hygiene 使用醇基快速手消毒液提高聊手卫生一次依从性；这一句我们可以再斟酌，因为我（忘记原文了）以为它不是一个完整的句子，是一个有形容词修饰的词组，其中 prpmoted for 不是动词过去式，而是用作定语的后置动词过去分词。所以上句可译为“用于提高手卫生（依从性）的醇基手消液”。。。您看如何？
