routine PRACTICE什么意思呢？

routine practice翻译成常规预防，那么他与我们说的标准预防有什么不同呢？
通过循证发现，这个理解还是有偏差的，其实routine practice 涵盖标准预防并有所改进。
The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) has used the term “Routine Practices” since 1999, for the process of risk assessment and risk reduction strategies. Routine practice, previously known as Standard Precautions, is to be used with all patients/residents at all times. Routine practices supersede, and are more encompassing than, previous Blood Borne Pathogen Precautions or Universal Precautions.
加拿大PHAC加拿大公共卫生署从1999年采用这个术语。以前是用标准预防。认为常规预防不但可以包括了预防一般的血源性职业暴露，还可以包括一般的预防措施。

常规预防替代了以前的血源性病原体预防或普遍预防，而且比后者涵盖的范围更广。

是的。并且美国CDC还是沿用了标准预防的概念。个人体会，没有实质性的差别。
