分享：我在UCLA完成的论文被JAC接受了（附论文修改体会）

在此，也特别感谢我在UCLA的指导老师Humphries, Romney。她给我了巨大的帮助。我是第一次与老外的专家合作一起写学术论文。在此过程中，对老外专家的学术严谨的态度印像特别深刻！
下面简单说一下这篇论文的写作与投稿过程。
我在UCLA的二个月左右的时间内，通过收集和阅读全球“利奈唑胺耐药的文献”，完成了“The Emerging Problem of Linezolid-resistant Staphylococcus”的初稿。一般情况下，在国内，这篇论文大概改一下，就可以投稿了。
让我没有想到的是，这仅仅是开始而已。
我在UCLA的指导老师Romney就我的论文前后修改了15遍左右，关键的是，我特别“害怕”她提出的那个问题，每次修改论文的批注都很多，我的感觉比论文审稿专家的提出的意见还要多；而且基本都需要进一步查找文献才能回答，说实话，这个过程真的特别特别的痛苦，不过，我还是坚持下来了，并且是严格按照老师的意见进行修改。Romney指导我进行论文修改的过程大概持续了两个月。
修改完之后，我松了一口气，心里想，这下总可以投稿了吧。
结果让我没有想到的是，Romney说请感染科的医生看一下吧，也就是本文的第二作者，Kelesidis, Theodoros。在国内，第二作者也就大概看一下论文，甚至不看吧。没想到Theodoros看得非常仔细，从临床角度提出了很多问题，这些问题都非常难以回答，有的时候，一个小小的批注，我得把所有入选的文献过一遍，并按照要求进行数据的提取和分析，才能完成回答。Theodoros前后修改了也差不多15遍左右。说实话，在这个修改过程，好几次我都快顶不住了，临床角度的问题真的好难回答的。不过我还是坚持下来了。
由于在Theodoros的指导下，整个文章的框架发生了大幅变化。Romney在拿到稿件后，又前后修改5遍左右。
至此，国内的朋友肯定以为这下总该修改完了吧，我也是这样想的，不过，论文修改并没有结束，继续进行中~~~
接着，由论文的第三作者和第四作者对文章进行修改，每人修改了2次，不过依然提出了一些问题。
整个论文修改的过程所花的时间比我写论文的时间还长，大概4~5个月，惊叹老外专家的严谨的学术态度。
另外，说实话，在这个过程中，我也学到了很多知识，感谢让人不得不尊敬的老外专家们！

从您写作这篇论文的过程中可以看出，要真正写作一篇优秀的论文是十分不容易的。一篇优秀论文其实不是写出来的，而是磨出来的，反复修改、反复挑刺、反复打磨是一篇优秀论文成功的起点。其实在写作论文过程中，苛刻一点是好事，有利于提高论文的质量。老外专家严谨的学术态度值得我们每一个人学习。同时我也由衷地佩服您的严谨。{:1_17:}
让我们来看一看与Chemotherapy有关的SCI期刊。
一直以来，AAC（ANTIMICROBIAL AGENTS AND CHEMOTHERAPY ）的影响因子一直处于细菌耐药和临床微生物学领域的领跑者，前些年，AAC一直比JAC的影响因子略高一些。2011年的最新影响因子统计显示：AAC为4.841，而JAC一下超过了5分，为5.068，反超了AAC。

很羡慕你能有这样的机会，对比很多还在摸着石头过河的国内学者，你的机遇实在是让人羡慕，抓住机会多锻炼，也谢谢你的分享！——看了你的文章的出炉过程，不由感慨，怪不得大家都说要看影响因子，而不是国内的数量，大家的观点都正在改变，期待更多的心得分享！ 另外，也特别感谢胡教授举办了的“首届感染控制Meta分析论文阅读和写作培训班”，让我比较系统地了解了Meta分析论文的写作流程。我的这篇“The Emerging Problem of Linezolid-resistant Staphylococcus”虽然在投稿时没有定位于Meta论文，但实际吸收了Meta的方法，对入选的文章进行了定量的分析与讨论。
还要感谢一下蓝鱼超版，你所教的Endnote软件很管用啊，节约了我的论文写作时间。

其实大家离SCI并不遥远，其实国人有不少研究已经达到了在SCI期刊上发表的水平。只是由于我们在英文上的短板，以及缺少英文论文写作和投稿的经验，大家还没有把手头的“成果”转化为英文的SCI文章。相信在胡教授的带领下，在SIFIC团队的力量和支持下，大家再勇于写自己的第一篇英文文章，发表SCI论文只是个时间问题。 恭喜版主，辛苦努力得到回报 感叹老外严谨的学术态度，祝贺细菌耐药版主获得成功，您是我学习的榜样。 细菌耐药 发表于 2012-8-5 11:23 static/image/common/back.gif
