Job Description
INFECTION CONTROL PRACTITIONER – The Massachusetts General Hospital Infection Control Unit is recruiting a full-time Infection Control Practitioner to join our team which includes a Hospital Epidemiologist, Infection Control Unit Director, 4 certified Infection Control Practitioners, 1.5 FTE staff nurses dedicated to the Hand Hygiene program, a data manager, and a staff assistant.Duties include but are not limited to: surveillance and reporting of healthcare-associated infection (HAI) data, analysis of HAI data and development of control measures as needed, completion of required public health reporting, education of hospital staff, development and implementation of Infection Control policies and procedures, completion of epidemiologic investigations into clusters or outbreaks, monitoring of compliance with infection control policies in areas of responsibility, and participation in performance improvement projects related to infection prevention. （工作内容）
Our ideal candidate will possess:
Strong clinical background, excellent organizational skills and knowledgeof hospital infection control including relevant guidelines, regulations, and accreditation standards such as CDC, OSHA, TJC, CMS and DPH.（临床背景、熟悉标准）
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, and strong interpersonal skills. （评判性思维）
Demonstrated computer literacy to include Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, including the ability to use electronic information systems for analysis and data management. （计算机能力）
Effective written and verbal communication skills, the ability to interact effectively with people of varied educational, experiential and ethnic backgrounds, and ability to educate others formally and informally. （书面和口头表达能力）

Position Requirements: Registered Nurse, RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts (or eligible for reciprocity) required. Bachelors degree required with Masters preferred but not required. A minimum of 3 years Infection Control experience required. Certification in Infection Control (CIC) highly preferred but not required.If not certified, the candidate must be willing to pursue certification.（学历至少本科，最好硕士；最好有资质认证书，但不是必备条件）

简单对照本人下，能达到40%吧。 老师能否翻译成中文让我好好对照对照,英文正在学习但没到能看文章的水平,还需努力.谢谢老师. 目前在岗的院感人可能完全符合条件的人并不多啊。 完全符合也就可以去了.国情不一样，机制不一样，要求不一样
看了一下，勉强达到4个要求吧，还差很多！ 哈哈，英文看不懂，麻烦楼主翻译下，供大家对照参考哦。 首先是看不懂英文看不懂。
