本帖最后由 majiarui 于 2011-7-30 11:14 编辑[手术室里面找错误。。。看看我国的手术室护理及感染控制和国际一流水平的差距在哪？还有另外两幅图，会揭晓答案。大家关注度够高，将会继续奉上。 抢沙发、看图片、受启发、对照查！ 手术环境噪声大；说话，打喷嚏，门未关，空调灰尘，手术区域污染，手术中废物运送，人员未控制； 规则意识差、随意性强、不尊重病人，这是普遍现象，亟待改变！ 无菌观念不强（手触脸、手机、腿，术者衣服为系带、无菌器械放在身后、无菌柜不关门、病人体位不对、佩戴的口罩好像也不合适）、人多、接打电话等，门敞着、噪音、医疗废物管理不当，包转渗漏，无专用通道、空调灰尘、输液渗漏、拿东西拖拽，洁、污手术顺序安排不当、洗刷间与污染术间是否应有缓冲？洗刷时无防护，操作时四处溅水等等！ 看了以后，大家对照整改，以病人为中心严格手术室管理，千万不能熟视无睹，一定要规范执行。 很形象，现在的手术室确实存在很多问题，对照整改 补充：手术衣身后未系带；下一台手术的无菌物品旁放置有渗漏的医疗废物；使用电刀大量脂肪碳化术野浓烟弥漫…… 补充一下：麻醉医生用的锐器盒已满，液体外溢未清理。 门口放着污物车，门没关，在运送废物、废物袋渗漏，并见血性液体污染地面、听音乐、打手机、病人安置不妥，见腿脚拉到床面以下、排烟功能不好、手术衣没有扣好、空调窗不洁、器械台放在洗手护士背后，器械盘内用过的器械没有及时擦洁、用过的注射器带着针直接插入废物桶内，掉落地上的敷料器械未及时处理麻木、麻醉针管悬着，麻醉师在病人头侧面，旁边一液体瓶下有液体未及时处理、有的工作人员没戴口罩，有的口罩没戴好，有人在接、拔手机、壁橱门未关、不用的被子放其内 本帖最后由 wjllulu 于 2011-7-29 08:38 编辑
发现一个严重的错误：下一个病人的手术器械也已经提前摆上了，而且就在满地漏血的医疗废物旁边。 来围观,千万不能熟视无睹，一定要规范执行 同意楼上老师意见，我们工作中或多或少存在上面的问题，真要认真整改，从每个细节做起。 现在大一点的医院手术室的条件都相当的好，医务人员的素质也很高。近年来院感工作抓的也很严，象图中的情况不应该发生，要发生也是在乡村卫生院。 抢沙发、看图片、受启发、对照查！ 微博真好，总是可以记录某一刻真实情绪{:1_10:}

使用手机、锐器盒使用不当、 地上污水横流、门未随时关闭、为啥有人把东西往外拿？（是上台未及时清理，还是这台的都是错！）未使用医疗废物专用袋，血污渗漏一地，手术未结束为何封口。右上角应是风口，不应对着手术台且布满灰尘、壁橱内物品混放，门不符合要求、音乐一定是嘈杂的、电刀无吸烟装置，那么大的烟输出一定有问题、术者违反无菌操作，手过肩、患者未被安全妥当安置，下肢已接触金属床板，早已被电刀烫伤、血纱布丢掷手术床下、台上器械血渍未及时擦净、器械台放置不当、门外那人带着手套在干啥？是处置物品？那里应该是洗手池吧？如果是洗手池就不应该作为处置间用，如果是处置间那位置不对又未防护。血污袋旁小车是啥？反正与手术无关的东西不该在手术间堆放。 本帖最后由 majiarui 于 2011-7-30 11:11 编辑
