my opinion：
The forum can be divided into three sections:


section one:【Basic vocabulary and Item】（基础词汇及术语）
Basic level
This section focuses on professional vocabulary and common used technical items. bilingual


section two：【Bilingual essay】（双语短文）
Middle level
To provide some brief bilingual articles, It is easy for learner to read and understand.


section three：【Professional articles】（专业文章）
High level
Only English. for specialist reference
