我要感谢SHEA和3M,使自己有能力举办中国首个“感染控制与医院流行病学”培训班

我是2009年,荣幸成为SHEA首届国际感控大使!
第一年,全球共11位。
那一年,作为活动项目的组成,我两度飞美国:免费参加了SHEA的年会;免费参加了SHEA/CDC合办的感染控制与医院流行病学培训班。
受到了SHEA高规格的接待,认识了SHEA现任和多位卸任的主席!他们可是国际感控领域的顶级专家呀!

获得许可,同年在中国举办首届《感染控制与医院流行病学》培训班,引用了这个培训班上的4个流行病学调查的案例,和多个课件!
让中国感控在医院流行病学、课题设计、管理工具、循证感控上,大大缩短了摸索时间,少走了不少弯路!


刚才感到了美国SHEA的网站,他们在显著的位置,介绍了国际感控大使(InternationalAmbassadors Program)项目。
专门提及印度、中国、巴西和菲律宾的大使们,在自己国家组织的相关的培训和会议。

的确,是美国SHEA和3M,帮助我有能力举办追踪国际潮流的医院流行病学培训班,并大举引进循证感控的理念和实践。

其实,开展3M西部百人感控培训、BD感控启明星项目、利康百佳感控之星培训等活动,不少思路也是借鉴于SHEA/3M国际感控大使项目。

我想国际感控大使不仅仅是一种荣誉,更重要的作用是要成为一座桥梁,将国际感控领域中的新理念、新知识传播到中国来,这点胡教授做的非常好。我曾参加在上海举办的第二届“感染控制与医院流行病学”培训班,互动式的教学让我受益匪浅,也给了我很多新的思路和启发。目前第六届培训班即将举办,衷心希望有更多的感控人加入进来,运用流行病学的方法和思维指导感控实践,让国际感控学术交流中能听到更多的来自中国的声音。
